Smoking Cigarettes is NOT an addiction, it’s a habit. A habit is a learned behavior that you’ve repeated over and over.  The nicotine is completely out of your system within 1-3 days of your last cigarette! You receive full support during this time.

Option 1:Â For most people two sessions on two consecutive days with use of your free sleep audio is all that is required.
